NEED TO MAKE A RETURN?
For domestic returns/exchanges. Click the link below and follow the on-screen instructions. Have your order number and email address used to purchase available.
For returns, please note there is a $7.00 fee per returned package that will be deducted from your refund to cover the pre-paid return label. We recommend getting a receipt from the post office when you drop off your package to confirm it's been scanned.
Please note that sale items are not eligible for return or exchanges.
We do not provide return labels for international orders. To make a return on an international order please email support@maryjaneclaverol.com
Return Policy
We offer exchanges, refunds, or store credit for any items that are eligible for return.RETURNS: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, it can be returned within 10 DAYS of your delivery date, unless otherwise specified in a specific offer. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags attached.
SALE ITEMS: All items purchased on sale are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless otherwise stated. We do not offer price adjustments on sale items.
DAMAGED/ FAULTY/ MISSING ITEM: If you received a faulty, incorrect, or are missing an item, please reach out to support@maryjaneclaverol.com immediately, within 24 hours, indicating the error or defect with a picture and order number so we can provide special attention and respond promptly to resolve the situation for you. For exchanges that have complicated factors it may be best to reach out to us by email rather than use our automated portal
MARYJANE CLAVEROL is not responsible if the return by the customer is lost or delivered to the wrong address, we recommend you send the return through a certified post office and request a receipt for confirmation.

Exchanges, refunds, and store credits will be processed once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse facility. Once we have verified that the MARYJANE CLAVEROL products that you have returned to us meet all the requirements in the Return Policy you will receive an email confirming that the refund has been accepted. Incidences will always be dealt with from the purchase country.
Depending on your payment method, refunds may take up to 7 business days to post to your account. All refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used to place the order.
